ORDER ON CERTIFICATION Assignment of Counsel

Appeal by Nicholas Santiago from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 19, 2019. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Marlene Toledo, dated October 2, 2019, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Edna King is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
