v Livingston Broomes, appellant.

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to withdraw appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 26, 2012, and an order of the same court dated September 16, 2014. The judgment of conviction was vacated by an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 23, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are deemed withdrawn.
