Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 18, 2016, to withdraw his motion for leave to file a supplemental brief, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 6, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 6, 2018, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental brief is deemed withdrawn.
