DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 17, 2019, and an order of the same court dated August 1, 2019, and to stay any and all real property closings or transactions relating to the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the order and judgment and the order, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order and judgment entered June 17, 2019, and the order dated August 1, 2019, and to stay any and all real property closings or transactions relating to the subject premises, located at 24 Yardley Drive, Dix Hills, New York, is granted, and enforcement of the order and judgment entered June 17, 2019, and the order dated August 1, 2019, and any and all real property closings or transactions relating to the subject premises, located at 24 Yardley Drive, Dix Hills, New York, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals are consolidated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
