ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 8, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 3, 2019, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "December 7, 2019," and substituting therefor the date "December 9, 2019."
