Appeal by Joyce Sanchez from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 2, 2019. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Glenn Kaplan, dated October 17, 2019, it is

ORDERED that the petitioner-respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the petitioner-respondent to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) the petitioner-respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the petitioner-respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
