CISION AND ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellant pursuant to Family Court Act § 1118 and CPLR 1101 for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 16, 2019.

Upon the certification of counsel dated October 28, 2019, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is denied, without prejudice to making a motion, within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion, upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses, and stating whether the appellant's financial status has changed since the time the appellant qualified for assigned counsel upon application to the Family Court.
