Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered November 30, 2018, and one order of the same court entered March 5, 2019, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is extended until December 4, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary, as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3].
