| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 1, 2017. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with a transcript of his video taped statement.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before January 21, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to be provided with a transcript of the appellant's video taped statement is denied.
