Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 9, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered May 1, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 11, 2018, the respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal from the order was held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof. Application by the appellant to withdraw the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied as academic.
