Motion by the appellant to stay his eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 12, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's eviction from the subject premises, located at 933 Thomas Avenue, Baldwin, New York, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
