respondent, v Daniel Seidel, appellant, et al.,

defendants.

(Index No. 54484/15)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Daniel Seidel from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both dated March 16, 2016. By order to show cause dated September 20, 2019, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 13, 2018.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).

DILLON, J.P., ROMAN, LASALLE and WOOTEN, JJ., concur.
