DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated August 7, 2019, and to direct that she have custody of the subject child, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders, for poor person relief, for the assignment of counsel, and to appoint an attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel are denied as unnecessary in light of a decision and order on certification of this Court dated August 30, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
