An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about April 8, 2014, and said appeal having been perfected and calendared for the March 2020 Term of this Court, And assigned counsel for defendant-appellant having moved to file a supplemental brief in light of this Court's decision in People v Rodriguez, 158 AD3d 143 [1st Dept. 2018], Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing counsel to serve and file the requisite number of copies of the supplemental brief, in compliance with Section 1250.9 of the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division, for the March 2020 Term of this Court.
