| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered April 25, 2018, and, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental appellants' appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is extended until December 17, 2019, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
