DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 6, 2016, and a judgment of the same court dated March 3, 2017. By order to show cause dated October 9, 2019, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 5, 2018.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 5, 2018.
