(Index No. 10240/14)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 27, 2016, and October 3, 2016, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered September 11, 2017. By order to show cause dated October 2, 2019, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals from the orders on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of the judgment entered September 11, 2017, and/or an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered March 14, 2018, and dismissing the appeal from the judgment on the ground that the judgment has been superseded by the amended judgment.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).
