DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 21, 2017, to enlarge the record to include certain material, and for this Court to take judicial notice of certain material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]) and by serving and filing the brief on the appeal is extended until January 13, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
