Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 14, 2017, and May 3, 2019, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
