Ratnam Associates, Also Known as Polymag, Inc., Respondent, v Discount King USA, Incorporated and Ahmed Asani, Appellants.

Motion by Stim & Warmuth, P.C. to withdraw as "purported" counsel on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Sixth District, entered January 31, 2018. Separate motion by appellant's counsel of record to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Stim & Warmuth, P.C. to withdraw as counsel for appellant is denied as moot. Stim & Warmuth, PC was never counsel of record for appellant; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before December 10, 2019.
