Motion by the appellant pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 10, 2018, to waive the filing fee, for free transcripts, and for the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeals from two orders of the same court both dated June 22, 2018, to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 22, 2018, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-02559, and to calendar together the appeal from the order dated June 10, 2019, with the appeals from the orders dated June 22, 2018, as well as appeals from two orders of the same court dated September 10, 2018, and February 14, 2019, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to prosecute the appeal from the order dated June 10, 2019, on the original papers is denied as unnecessary (see Family Ct Act § 1116), and the appeal will be heard on the original papers (including a certified transcript of the proceedings, if any) and on the briefs of the appellant, the respondent, and the attorney for the child, if any. The parties are directed to file an original and five duplicate hard copies, and, if represented by counsel, one digital copy, of their respective briefs, and to serve one hard copy on each other (22 NYCRR 1250.5[e][1], 1250.9[a][4],[c][1],[d],[e]; Family Ct Act § 1116); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an extension of time to perfect the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-02559 is granted and the time to perfect that appeal is extended until December 30, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-10219 is extended until December 30, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar together the appeal from the order dated June 10, 2019, with the other appeals is granted and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
