DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Aileen T. Smisek from a final order for custody and parenting of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated April 2, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 10, 2019, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material within 30 days after the date of the decision and order on motion. The appellant has failed to file the affidavit or affirmation.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 10, 2019.
