Appeals having been taken from order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 19, 2019 and from the order, same court, entered on or about October 17, 2019, and said appeals having been perfected, And defendant-appellant having moved to stay, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, enforcement of so much of the order entered October 17, 2019 which required defendant-appellant to post a certain undertaking in order to stay enforcement of the order and judgment entered on August 19, 2019, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying so much of the order entered on October 17, 2019 which required the posting of an undertaking as a condition of the stay of enforcement of the order and judgment entered on August 19, 2019.
