Respondent's motion for an order vacating the order of this Court entered on August 30, 2018 (M-1127) which immediately suspended respondent from the practice of law pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.9(a)(3), is granted, and respondent is reinstated to the practice of law, effective nunc pro tunc to August 30, 2018. No opinion. All concur.
