DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the defendant-respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 8, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the defendant-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until January 27, 2020, and the defendant-respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
