DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 19, 2018, and February 13, 2019, respectively. Cross motion by the appellant to impose a sanction upon the respondent and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until December 11, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
