Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 23, 2019. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Denise J. Costanza, dated November 17, 2019, it is

(2) the respondent Angel O. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent Angel O., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
