| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 27, 2018, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to punish the respondent for civil and criminal contempt, to compel the respondent to pay damages, and for poor person relief. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions in this Court regarding the order dated March 27, 2018, without prior leave of this Court.
