| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2019, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 26, 2018, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2019, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 30, 2019," and substituting therefor the date December 26, 2019, the time to perfect the appeal is extended until December 26, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
