It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that respondent-appellant's cross-motion seeking to stay the enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction pending the determination of the appeal is granted.
It is further Ordered that the application of the petitioners-respondents seeking an enlargement of time to file respondents' briefs is granted. Petitioners-respondents shall file respondents briefs for the February 2020 term. Respondents' briefs are due on or before January 3, 2020; reply briefs, if any, are due on or before January 10, 2020.
