Motion granted, and petitioner reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof. Petitioner is directed to immediately register with, and pay to, the Office of Court Administration any applicable registration fees in compliance with Judiciary Law § 468-a, including all delinquent registration fees due as of the date of the order of this Court accepting petitioner's resignation (M-2835, entered July 27, 2012). No opinion. All concur.
