Motion by Steve Loren for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated January 4, 2019, which determined appeals from two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 22, 2016, and September 9, 2016, respectively, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.
