| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant to extend the time to serve and file an answering brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 21, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][iv]), is extended until December 20, 2019, and the answering brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is extended until February 6, 2020, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file their respective reply briefs in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][v],[vi]).
