DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Steve Glen Juliano from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated April 4, 2019. By scheduling order of this Court dated October 18, 2019, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until November 18, 2019. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
