| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated March 20, 2019, and, in effect, an order of the same court dated December 14, 2018, and all proceedings concerning the respondent-appellant's motion to hold him in contempt, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated March 20, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the orders dated March 20, 2019, and December 14, 2018, and all proceedings concerning the respondent-appellant's motion to hold the appellant-respondent in contempt are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated March 20, 2019.
