Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 30, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 2, 2019, and an appeal from an order of the same court entered September 26, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court also dated October 2, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decisions and orders of this Court. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending determination of the motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises is denied as academic.
