| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 13, 2019, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is extended until February 3, 2020, and the record or appendix on appeal and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
