Motion by appellant to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 5, 2019 (appeal No. 2019-1458 K C), with an appeal from an order of that court entered August 1, 2019 (appeal No. 2019-1540 K C).
