DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 31, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 16, 2019, the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal with respect to issues of custody and visitation:

By letter dated December 6, 2019, assigned counsel advised this Court that he has contacted the appellant and determined that the appellant does not wish to raise any issues concerning custody and visitation.

ORDERED that assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment, and the scheduling order of this Court dated November 22, 2019, is vacated.
