On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 1, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, in a proceeding pursuant to EDPL 207, is amended by deleting from the first decretal thereof the words "the motion is held in abeyance" and substituting therefor the words "the motion and cross motion are held in abeyance", and by deleting the word "appeal" and substituting therefor the word "proceeding."
