ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals by Melanie Kail from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered February 22, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2019, the appellant was directed, on or before October 15, 2019, to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment. The appellant has failed to serve and file a supplemental record.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2019, by each filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court and serving one copy of the same on each other on or before January 2, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by regular mail.
