| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief and second supplemental record on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 28, 2019, concerning an order of the same court dated January 25, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before January 10, 2020, the appellants' shall serve and file a supplemental brief raising issues concerning the order dated January 25, 2019, and a second supplemental record containing all of the papers which were submitted to the Supreme Court in connection with the motion and cross motion that were determined by the order dated January 25, 2019, except those papers which are contained in the record or supplemental record; and it is further,
ORDERED that no extension of the time to serve and file the supplemental brief or second supplemental record shall be granted.
