Motion by the appellant to stay the trial on the issue of custody, pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one dated December 13, 2018, one entered January 15, 2019, and one entered May 3, 2019, or, in the alternative, to direct that the trial on the issue of custody be heard by another Justice of the Supreme Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
