DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, Jemeyn Smith, and Sebastian D. Schubl, and separate appeal by Hasit Thakore, from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 15, 2016. By order to show cause dated July 31, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appeals have been rendered academic.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed., without costs or disbursements.
