Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 17, 2018, and December 13, 2018, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until January 16, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
