| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., pursuant to CPLR 2001, to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that it is the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 21, 2018, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until January 16, 2020, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
