Appeal by Eugene Volokh from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 15, 2019, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-05301 and separate appeal by Julie Globus from an order of the same court dated March 20, 2019, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-06028.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated October 18, 2019, is amended by deleting from the "Docket No." entry concerning the above-entitled matter the Appellate Division Docket No. "2019-05301" and substituting therefor the Appellate Division Docket No. "2019-06028," and by deleting from the "Applicant Name(s)" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the name "Eugene Volokh."
