| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to extend the time to file a notice of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 11, 2019, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the notice of appeal, which was timely served, is deemed timely filed (see CPLR 5520[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until January 17, 2020, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
