| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Chauncey Ramos from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated May 30, 2019. By order to show cause dated August 21, 2019, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should not be dismissed on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted.

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
