Motion by the respondents Michelle M. Falikman and Star Media Promotions Group, Inc., to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 4, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondents Michelle M. Falikman and Star Media Promotions Group, Inc., to serve and file a brief is extended until January 17, 2020, and the brief of the respondents Michelle M. Falikman and Star Media Promotions Group, Inc., shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
